LynxIT Mobile extends the functionality of our Smart Paging System to the iPhone! Physicians at participating hospitals who use LynxIT services can find other physicians based on specialty and availability at a specific hospital, and use contact information from our physician database to call, text or page for a referral.
The mobile system allows the provider to:
1. Contact another provider in the network (cellular call, text message, page, call to office, or call to answering service);
2. View his availability status at the hospitals with which he is affiliated;
3. Place himself on-call (available) or off-call (unavailable) at any of his affiliated hospitals.
